Debbie Schmidt is a 25 year veteran of the legal industry.  During that time she worked in a variety of areas including legal secretary, legal administrator, support manager, early adoption technology implementer, local and international support trainer, work flow process optimization, information processing consultant, legal/business forms creator & consultant, DMS/CMS senior analyst, SQL db admin, internet & intranet development, letterhead design & implementation, hardware & software analysis & implementation, and paralegal support.

Debbie also worked as a forms specialist for a popular legal and corporate forms company in the Encino area managing development and international outsourcing before starting off on her own.

Satisfying her artistic side, Debbie continued her work into web design and branding, and hardware/software experience with her new company, dsh Solutions.  Here, she’s able to use her organization skills to train and empower her clients, optimize online data retrieval, and cut down costs by finding the most efficient manner to implement projects, as well as using her design and photographic skills to add flair and one-of-a-kind elements and layouts.

All work is tailored specifically for each individual client.

Debbie is also very active in the community.  She has served as a Director of the Quartz Hill Chamber of Commerce, the Antelope Valley Dog & Cat Rescue, Inc., the Antelope Valley Veterans’ Day Parade, to name a few.  She has also served as a Councilwoman for the Quartz Hill Town Council (2010-2012).  She is one of the founders of the Antelope Valley Veterans’ Community Action Coalition, and serves as a Director and as the Executive Secretary.  She is the Website/IT Chair of Zonta District 9.  She has volunteered with the MS Society, various Veterans’ groups, Operation Edwards, Veterans’ Day Parades, the first Operation Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Parade, AV Wall, Friends of the Lancaster Cemetery, Friends of AV Open Space, AV Chamber, Hispanic Chamber, Adoption Day, Domestic Violence Advocacy, Mental Health America, Zonta Club of the Antelope Valley, Zonta Club of Santa Clarita Valley, and many others.
